1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing 4A Driving School’s website https://4adrivingschool.com and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

4A Driving School offers:

  • Classroom and behind-the-wheel driver education.
  • State-mandated driving courses and certifications.
  • Scheduling and online enrollment for driving lessons.

Eligibility: You must meet the Iowa state requirements for driving instruction and provide valid identification or parental consent if under 18.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All fees must be paid before attending classes.
  • Cancellations made 7 days before class start may receive a full refund.
  • No refunds are issued for missed classes unless due to emergency circumstances.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an administrative fee.

4. Student Conduct Policy

Students must:

  • Arrive on time and be prepared for lessons.
  • Follow all safety instructions from instructors.
  • Respect instructors, staff, and other students.
  • Not engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

Failure to comply may result in suspension or expulsion without a refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

4A Driving School is not responsible for:

  • Accidents or damages occurring outside official lessons.
  • Personal belongings lost during lessons.
  • Failure to obtain a driver’s license after course completion.

Driving involves inherent risks, and students assume responsibility for their actions behind the wheel.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Driving Lessons: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a penalty fee.
  • Missed Lessons: No refunds for missed sessions unless due to an emergency.
  • Weather Conditions: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to inclement weather.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and course materials are the intellectual property of 4A Driving School and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. Any disputes must be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
